Abstract
Creating jobs (and providing services) to residents of the Passamaquoddy reservation in Washington County Maine became a key priority for the tribe in the mid 1980s. To achieve these goals the tribe chose to develop a food store. This report describes the evolution of this initiative. (Library-derived description)
