SUMMARY OF FINDINGS In 1995, manufacturers' shipments of coin-operated vending machines totaled $767.0 million, a increased of 10 percent from the 1994 figure of $698.2 million. Shipments of beverage vending machines increased 20 percent from $387.2 million in 1994 to $464.7 in 1995. Vending machines for confections and foods decreased 11 percent from $239.0 million in 1994 to $211.6 million in 1995 Table 1.
