Abstract
This report describes the creation of a public health initiative of the Pamassamaquoddy tribe in Maine. Specifically, the project focuses on increasing the education level among members of the tribe to expand the capacity of the existing system. The report describes the challenges and barriers faced, both on the reservation and in the surrounding region -- including financial, political and social issues. (Library-derived description)
