In the process of needs assessment and identification, the involvement of community as beneficiaries was taken into consideration as well as community leaders and stakeholders available in the areas, from district level. The organization was mainly involved in training girls out of school on tailoring skills providing them with startup capital in form of tailoring equipment/machine.
