dc.description.abstract | Born in October 1913, Eppelsheimer studied painting at Yale and at the Boston Museum School. She then learned silk screening and specialized in landscapes, flowers, and houses, which she sold through the NH League of Craftsmen. Epsom Meadows is three layers of landscape receding into the distance, with two trees silhouetted on the right. Apparently done in five color pulls. | |
