dc.descriptionSince 2004, gorilla tourism has been conducted on the Nkuringo group in the southwestern section of Uganda in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Dr. Michele Goldsmith has been studying this group since 1998 and has recorded the impacts of this behavior on the people in the local region. This presentation reviews what the impacts are and what she and others have started to investigate as solutions to these problems.en_US
