Abstract

This project traces the activities related to creating a potable, sanitary, water supply in the neighborhood of Chillon in Lima, Peru. The catalyst for the project was a cholera outbreak. The report traces the steps taken from planning to implementation in creating the new system. In particular, fundraising, engineering and community organizing efforts are explored.
